yet more snow has fallen but when i look out of my sitting room window and it looks as beautiful as this....
and then i trundle through to the kitchen and catch sight of the snow on the window ledge gently nestling at the base of my wood trees...
outside on the deck my singer table has had a little extra decoration...
and one poor rabbit has been left out in the cold....
i am very thankful for our woodburner and hounds that like to lay close...

parcels have been wrapped in the hope that the lane is clear enough to get out and about in the morning..
the big wish being that a beautiful real tree will be in the car on the journey home..
i have three boxes of tree decorations waiting so patiently

ReplyDeleteWow!!!...and i thought we had a lot of snow down here! Looks beautiful though. I often wonder the same thing...how do animals not feel the cold? Do dogs feet have built in antifreeze or something? How do their little feetsies not freeze off? Jake never seems to feel the cold and actually gets hot when I put his jumper on him.
