early this morning, after the first round of animal chores but before the cleaning of messy animal beds, talulla whippet and i escaped for a tiny jaunt in to the forest..
i marvelled at how green everything looked in the dappled morning sunshine...
i took time to enjoy the greenness as the nip in the air tells me that very soon it will all be gone, replaced with the rustling sounds of falling leaves...
