miss gretel and tiny harry

as i have no doubt is very obvious i have once again lost my voice which is why when a kindly reader requested an update of two of our most special rescued souls i was over the moon..

at last a reason to grab my camera and tell you all how utterly bewitching goats are..

so. gretel and harry.. both positively thriving and growing slowly which is as it should be, how mother nature intended, only natural food and forage for our beloved beasts..

darling gretel continues to shine with such a light, the most gentle of girls who remains shy but not at all fearful, always happy to stand close and lean in for a gentle hug..

tiny harry has been adopted by our most marvellous friends from over here so has been given a new name and is requested to pose for pictures when needed. he is a total show off so is delighted with all the attention, no sign of the shyness that holds miss gretel back a few steps...

what a beautiful pair they are, deeply bonded to each other and with each other they shall remain. always...

within a few short weeks there will be much excitement as we have a calender coming out that features twelve of our rescue animal stars of which these two are of course included...

i will update you all as soon as the piles of calenders are in our hands...
